Fair…I don’t think so. Needed yes. What is also needed is a cap on the top pay of CEO and the rest of these bandits.

Today…At FlexCamp360 NJ
I am watching Yakov Fain give the intro into Flex. We have a nice size crowd….About 70 people.
The presentation is good and the room is great. I need coffee and I can get it…Ugh.

Soda Cap Coupons
OK. No this is not the end of the world. No this will not cause the economy to tank (Bush beat us to that). But those soda cap coupons suck.
You know the ones, Pepsi and Coke use. They have point systems where you have to type in these 10 digit alpha numeric codes in order to get 1/5 of a song per cap. Or save up to get a different product.
The one that really pissed me off today was the "BUY PEPSI 20oz GET 1 FREE" I have a bunch of those and over the last couple of days I have tried to cash them in. The key word being tried.
Daune Reade couldn’t do it. They scan coupons and having a cap without a barcode to scan threw them off their game.
Local Deli’s in the City. "No we don’t take those." Well you took my money when I bought the soda with the contest on it. No where do you have a sign saying you do not honor the caps.
These things are worthless if the vendor selling them will not honor them.

When The Hell Is Verizon Fios Coming To My Town!!!!
Dear Verizon,
OK I live in New Jersey. They have been talking about FIOS for over 2 years in my area.
Over a year ago the trucks rolled in and the notices went out that a vendor on behalf of Verizon was ripping the streets to install Fiber. I thought "Great, we will have Fios!!!". I waited.
The Fiber went in. The lawns were ripped.
I waited.
3 months, 6 months, 8 Months.
Then I see them finally pulling cables along the poles. I think "Finally!!!"
WE get more mailers telling us about FIOS.
Then it all stops…..Wire on the poles. Wires in the ground….Not connected to each other….
It is over a year since the trucks started, over two years since they talked about it. No Fios.
Verizon How Long? Is this because NYC is getting wired and you don’t care about NJ any more? Come on let me get away from cable!!!!
