Open Letter To Leo and Amber
I would like to say thank you. Your work in the world of internet communications is inspiring. I listen to many of your netcasts and they are informative and inspiring. Especially net@nite. You two talk about your plans and your ideas of what the net is and what it can become. You speak of the lack of understanding that main stream media has when it comes to the internet. While it is very entertaining and informative it is also inspiring.
Your attitude is that you don’t have to be NBC, CBS, ABC, to make and distribute content on the internet. In fact I think you might believe it helps not to be. We (Non Main Stream Media) look and we see the internet and possibilities, they look and see an Online TV or how to make it a TV.
You interview the internet who’s who, and it is great. Their stories about how they took what they loved and it became their day job inspires me to keep typing away, coding and thinking of new sites and ideas. After I listen to your shows I feel that “I Can Do It.”. I can make the next thing, I can create, I can build the next web.
Someday I hope to come up with an idea that will land me on Net@Nite.
So Leo and Amber, thanks for all your work and for all your shows.
